Gas sensor test setup

Setup for testing gas sensors consisting of two Owlstone V-OVG permeation tube gas generators, OHG-4 humidity generator, OFC-1 dilution channel and additional MFCs for bottled gas and dilution. Carrier gases can be N2 or synthetic air.

Test chamber with a 50-pin feedthrough and an integrated heater, by default connected to a switching mainframe and an SMU. The whole setup can be automatically controlled.
