Biography
Luutzen Wymenga is a Medical Doctor (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen) and Engineer (Biomedical Engineering, TU Delft). His Ph.D. research focuses on the development and optimization of cold atmospheric plasma devices, used for surface treatment, virus inactivation and disinfection. His interests lie at the crossroads of technology and medicine/biology, with a special focus on microbiology.
