Zichuan Li received his B.S. degree in engineering mechanics from Tongji University (China) in 2017. Then he received his M.Sc. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen (China) in 2020. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at Delft University of Technology (Netherlands). He is mainly focusing on the multiphysics modeling of the thermo-optomechanical behaviors of light-sensitive intelligent materials, for example azo-dyed liquid crystal polymer. His ambition is to promote the development of light-driven soft robots with numerical simulation technologies.
