Daniel Bot
Daniel Bot is an MSc Microelectronics student at the TU Delft, where he previously obtained his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering. His thesis project, High Aspect Ratio Surface Micromachining Using Carbon Nanotubes, focuses on the development of fabrication processes and test structures for CNT-based high-aspect-ratio microstructures.
