Friso Jedema

Friso Jedema joined the ECTM group in May 2026 as an MSc Mechanical Engineering student (High-Tech Engineering track) at TU Delft. His thesis project, Computational Modelling of Ultrasonic Bonding for Rigid-to-Flex Interconnects in Neural Implants, focuses on rigid-to-flex micro-interconnection for a high-channel neural visual prosthesis, in collaboration with Phosphoenix.

Outside of his studies, Friso plays hockey, runs, and rows, and is an active DJ who enjoys music festivals and events.
